Jan Rybeck and Nick Petrie worked with Adeption to develop Vertical Mindset Indicator* (VMI), now called Leadership Maturity Indicator* (LMI) -- the 1st AI-scoring method for a 9-item version of the MAP*. Adeption offers developmental coaching based on their assessment tool, amongst other frameworks and leadership tests.
LeadershipMaturity.ai, founded by Lily Truong & Dr. Tamas Madl in 2024, offers the 1st scientifically validated AI-scoring system (a Computational Psychometrics Platform purpose-built for adult development assessment) and uses ai-deduced Maturity Indicators. These are additional psychological dimensions of meaning-making that correlate with established MAP psychometrics. LeadershipMaturity.ai offers Growth Lever Coaching, Ego Development assessments research and development, and other platform related services.
The Coaching Centre (TCC), founded by Dr. Paddy Pampallis, is known for a creative Integral U Coaching training and certificate program. In 2025, TCC launched the first Integral Leadership Maturity Framework (iLMF) -- an adaptation of Dr. Cook-Greuter's Leadership Maturity Framework program. TCC also delivers educational programs; leadership development, coaching and consulting services.
I co-founded the Center for Leadership Maturity with Beena Sharma in 2014. Vertical Development Academy (VeDA) was later created as a separate LLC in 2023. The uniqueness of VeDA's offering is Beena's integrating of Polarity Management into the Leadership Maturity Framwork. The company offers Maturity Coaching (an adaptation of LMF), Polarity Wisdom training & certification programs, and scoring services for VeDA's versions* of the SCTi-MAP.

Bence Ganti, MA
Bence Gánti is the founder of Integral Academy (est. 2006), the co-founder of Integral Europe (since 2012), and the co-founder and Director of the Integral European Conferences (IEC), since 2014. He is a Integral clinical psychologist, Vipassana meditator, public speaker, international teacher of integral psychology, and large-scale group facilitator for personal and collective transformation.
Bence and I met at an Integral conference many years ago. Bence has been supportive of my work, including inviting me to be a keynote speaker at the Integral European Conferences, and offered excellent support to make my participation possible.
Eugene Pustoshkin
I got to know Eugene Pustoshkin in 2008. in the same year, he organized & invited me to teach the LMF-1 workshop at the OM company in Moscow. He has helped bring EDT & LMF to Russian speaking audiences. He is an excellent translator of both Ken Wilber's work and my EDT & LMF content into Russian.
He is the Chief Editor of Eros & Kosmos, and a co-developer and teacher of Integral Awareness Meditation (IAM). He co-teaches long-term in-person and online courses in Integral Psychology & Meta-Theory with Tatyana Parfenova.
Kristian Merckoll
Kristian and I met more than a decade ago when he became interested ego development theory and its measuring instrument. In 2016 I hired Kristian to recalculate the Cut-off rules for MAP scoring approach.
I also know Kristian as a Zen teacher from two Zen Retreats with Doshin Nelson in Holland.
We did some research together for a group of his Zen students. We have also been meeting in a long-term Zen Sangha.
He is the Principal Consultant of Merckoll Key Consulting, working with applied mathematical statistics and performing statistical data analysis.
Dr. Paddy Pampallis
I was one of Dr. Paddy Pampallis's doctoral thesis advisor in 2003. By 2004, we met at a workshop hosted by Integral Institute in Boulder, Colorado, USA. We started working together. Paddy has been instrumental in bringing the LMF and SCTi-MAP to South Africa and the African continent. The LMF is one of the essential components of The Coaching Centre's Integral U Coaching program.
Dr. Pampallis has been co-facilitating the LMF part 1 and part 2 with me in South Africa for many years. In 2025, she launched the Integral Leadership Maturity Framework (iLMF) -- by incorporating her unique interpretation of Wilber's Integral model to the LMF.
She is the founder/ director of The Coaching Centre, Integral + Africa Institute, & co-founder of Living Cities Earth.
Dr. Thomas Binder
Dr. Binder and I became colleagues and friends after we each separated from Harthill Consulting Ltd. We have discussed both the theory and the assessment instruments themselves by taking each other's scoring and coaching workshops. Dr. Binder has done his own research on using the SCT in German, and constructed an extensive scoring manual for it.
He has been instrumental in bringing Ego Development Theory to consulting and coaching in Germany.
He is a Managing Partner at Synchronize-Consult GmbH and Managing Director of the Center for Self-Development + Transformation.
