Pamela Potts's brief story and background:

Pamela Potts is the founder of Rysa Leadership, where she partners with leaders and organizations navigating complexity, transition, and growth. She is a certified Developmental Coach grounded in Adult Development theory, with deep experience applying the work of Susanne Cook-Greuter, and other constructive-developmental thinkers.

Pamela’s work is informed by decades of experience as a senior HR leader and fractional Chief People Officer, supporting executives and teams at critical inflection points. She specializes in helping leaders surface and examine their meaning-making, work skillfully with polarity and paradox, and grow the internal capacity required for adaptive leadership in today’s complex environments.

Pamela is certified to debrief the MAP, the Leadership Development Indicator, and the Leadershipmaturity.ai assessment. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She previously held a CPA certification and a SHRM-SCP certification.
