Dr. Paddy Pampallis's brief story and background:

Paddy works in-depth, with C-suite executives, teams, communities, and organisations, globally to surface the inner capabilities for living into new ways of being, influence and impact in service of strategic intent. IA TCC has worked with over 100 organisations across corporate, industry, higher education, and government and the lived research into the field is brought back into any development, training and teaching that is offered as ongoing design. As a professional and internationally accredited school of coaching (ICF) and leadership maturity and development  expert (LMF), Paddy has emerged an Integral Africa approach which has been fostered with her outstanding faculty, and coaching team, into global relevance. She has a constant eye on the interweaving of theory and practice as a dynamic process for managing change, complexity, culture, relationship, and strategy in both inner and outer system change. The work of the IA TCC school has graduated hundreds of adult students through the grounded research of Integral U methodologies. Transformative learning comes down to mastering the highly skilled dialogic field of conversation for relationship, with self, others, cultures, systems and our planet.  Paddy is motivated to #dohumanbetter so as to #dobusinessbetter and #lifebetter.  She draws on her highly experienced work and life, to offer developmentally tailored programmes and learning design, with people along their vertical growth journeys.  She is a faculty member at Meridian University (US), Da Vinci Institute Business school (SA), a professional associate of Wales University, Trinity St David (UK) and invited speaker, writer, designer, teacher, mother and life-long learner.

Paddy Pampallis is founder/CEO of the Integral Africa Institute (2015),The Coaching Centre (Pty) Ltd (2003), the Ubuntu Coaching Foundation – working in communities (2012), and Integral Africa Conference (2019 & 2024). Co-founder of Living Cities Earth and the Global Mayor’s Academy. She has founded and led a number of centres of learning and healing over her life. Her work reaches the boardroom and onto the ground. Through co-creation and development of applied conscious leadership and practice, she facilitates clients to engage the full range of perspective taking as a journey towards a higher order mode of initiating and co-living through the head, heart, intuition and the soul. The invitation is to draw on collective wisdom to cultivate the inner development capacities, capabilities and availability to achieve goals that support living a  thriving, expansive, integrative, and inclusive way of being and doing, no matter what the role, for self,  teams, and whole system change  towards embodied potentiality and flow. Paddy’s doctoral research in executive coaching enabled her to integrate her learning from great integral masters, her own professional life and experience, into the design of the Integral U (buntu) transformative change programme in leadership and coaching grounded in regenerative practices. This psycho-active engagement invites people, teams, and systems to meet themselves in profound ways. Trained in multiple approaches of growth and development, at individual, teams and group dynamics levels, Paddy’s ability to see the parts and the whole, and surface potential, is a major strength. Her 21-year-old business has been a massive teacher.
