Die Integrale Akademie (DIA) und Trigon Beratung beginnen einen Trainingszyklus zum LMF-Begleitungs Zertifikat anfangs Oktober 2010 in Berlin. Voraussetzung zur Teilnahme ist der spezifische MAP-Test, den Sie hier finden.

Basel, Schweiz: November 2010

Dr. Peter Widmer und Susanne Cook-Greuter laden Sie ein, sich am Training zum LMF-Begleitungs Zertifikat im November 2010 zu beteiligen. Im November 2010 werden die ersten zwei Modulen gelehrt: 

M1: Einführung in das Leadership Maturity Framework (11.-13.11.2010),  

M2: Sprachliche Feinheiten der unterschiedlichen Stufen (14.-15.11. 2010).

Wer den Einführungskurs (DIP) schon anderswo besucht hat, kann nach Absprechung mit den Leitern auch gleich mit dem Modul 2 anfangen.

New training program towards a LMF-coaching certificate:

We created this training program in response to many requests. It will better serve those who wish to become proficient and recognized through earning a LMF-coaching certificate as specifically trained in developmental coaching. A requirement for this specialist certificate is a prior certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) or a similarly accredited coaching school. If you plan to do developmental coaching using the sophisticated Leadership Maturity Framework and its test, the MAP instrument, you will be required from now on to attend the whole workshop sequence of four modules and pass the qualifying review. 

The four module cycle consists of the following topics:

Module 1: Deep dive into ego development theory and exploring your own stage of consciousness.

Module 2. Language as a mirror of meaning making .

Module 3: Organizational development and polarities.

Module 4: Developmental coaching, practice and qualifying review.

Previously authorized via a DIP: For those who have previously taken our DIP programs and are interested in a refresher or in a specific topic, each of the above modules1-3 may be taken independently. You need to take Modules 2-4 to get upgraded towards a LMF-coaching certificate.

General interest in topics covered:

If you are motivated to learn more about the topics covered in Modules 1-3, but do not wish to commit to the whole cycle, you can also take the modules as independent units. The only requirement is that you have have done a MAP test before your course to ensure you understand the underlying method. It is recommended that you start with Module 1 to get the most out of the offerings.

Module 1 is for people interested in learning about the theory and getting a feel of developmental levels as they are experienced in their own lives and environments.

If you are familiar with the ego development theory and yet curious about how we use language as a window into meaning making, Module 2 will help you deepen your appreciation of language. However, this introduction does not equip you to score MAP tests.  Becoming a certified scorer is accomplished in a rigorous 1.5 year training program with extra admission requirements.  

You can sign up for Module 3 if you are familiar with the theory and have done some coaching/consulting work with companies before and want to specifically explore organizational applications of the LMF

Columbus, Ohio, USA: September 22-25, 2010

Drs. Barbara Braham and Susanne Cook-Greuter invite you to Modules 1 and 2 of the new training cycle described above towards becoming a certified LMF coach. You can also take individual modules if you have a particular interest in one or the other topic and do not aim to get the additional certificate.

This is the first time the new course is offered in the USA.

Susanne and Glenda Reynolds will be offering Module 1 to 4 in a 7 day intensive in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada as part of the whole training cycle towards becoming a certified LMF coach. It is also possible to take modules 2 (language) and 3 (organizational development and polarity management) as separate workshops  if you have already taken a DIP at an earlier time.
