Maja is the director of Q3 Intelligence, a consultancy that specializes in supporting high-performance individuals and teams. She is living and working in Sydney, Australia. Trained as a psychiatrist, she has been working for the last six years as an executive coach in corporations as well as with individuals in the areas of leadership development and organizational culture transformation. She is passionate about bringing the developmental perspective to current leadership theories and practices. She is collaborating with Susanne in organizing and facilitating Leadership Maturity Intensive workshops in Australia.
