Assisting individual clients' self-actualization and conflict resolution. Consulting to various projects in research design and use of Personality Tests and mental complexity assessment tools. Since 1980, analyzed over 9000 MAP-Tests in over 200 different academic and business contexts.

Over the past thirty years, we have consulted with a large number of clients in the private sector, public sector, government and academia. These research efforts have generated results that we have used to further refine and extend ego development theory and its role in adult development.
