Analyzing Sentence Completion Tests and the MAP
Assisting individual clients' in vertical development towards self-actualization and conflict resolution. Consulting to various projects in research design and use of Personality Tests and mental complexity assessment tools. Since 1980, analyzed over 9000 MAP-Tests in over 200 different academic and business contexts.
Each engagement is part of our ongoing research and refinement of both the theory and its application. While I initially just scored MAPs for pure research, my colleagues and I began to use the tool for feedback and for team development. Since Beena came on board, CG&A also worked on large-scale culture change using developmental theory along with Polarity Management and other modalities supporting change of practices. The following represents a small cross section of our international and multi-lingual client base both past and present. Some represent long-term relationships extending over many years.
Over the past thirty years, we have consulted with a large number of clients in the private sector, public sector, government and academia in applying adult developmental theory for individual and leadership development as well as culture change.
